What a dream it must be to have the luxury of publishing a book for only your family and friends. However, some marketing bug in the back of my mind says someday the "demand" will force this book to be mass produced . . . possibly in another "limited" edition.

What a great way to create buzz and interest in your book, if you have audience enough to pull it off like Rowling.
