Salutations and thank you for visiting The Symposium. If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or sign up to receive email notifications of new posts. Also, don't forget to take a look at the current giveaways that The Symposium is hosting!
Blog Carnivals are a fun way to find blogs and meet bloggers who blog about similar content. Bloggers can choose a carnival that interests them and submit a post to that carnival. Then, at the scheduled time, the blog hosting the carnival that time around will publish a post that contains links to all of the submitted posts. It’s a great way to find new blogs to peruse and, of course, it helps to bring in traffic for the blogs as well.
It just so happens that there is a new blog carnival called the Book Review Blog Carnival, which I happen to be participating in. Every other Sunday, a new edition will be posted and will feature a large variety of book reviews for book lovers to peruse through. If you write book reviews on your blog, please consider submitting a review to the carnival by clicking here. You can also keep up with what’s going on with the carnival by visiting the Book Review Blog Carnival’s blog as well, which is also linked in to in my navigation bar (just look for the banner).
The first edition of the carnival was posted yesterday on Clark’s blog, I’ll Never Forget the Day I Read a Book and features over thirty different book reviews, both fiction and non-fiction, from different bloggers. Since I simply love blog carnivals I was more than happy to submit a review to the carnival, which was featured in the first edition too, and come November 9th, The Symposium will be host to the Book Review Blog Carnival as well.

Joana,
Thank you for your full and enthusiastic participation in the new Book Review Blog Carnival. I’m looking forward to submitting a post to the carnival that you will be hosting in November. I might even find the time to read and review another book by then.
